Creativity is in my bones. Whether it is food, words, design, drawing, psychology, teaching or music. I move through my life by my feelings. I live intently and with purity. It is important to me that everything around me feels and looks beautiful. I can taste in my mind. I am fascinated by people and why they do what they do and how they learnt to make those choices.
I travel all over the world in search of inspiration. I have lived in Holland for 20 years. Previously I lived in Vietnam (three years), France (two years), Germany (six months). I have visited Nepal (three months), India (three months). Thailand (two months), Hong Kong (Three months), South Africa (Two months), Egypt, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Australia, Portugal, USA, Russia, China, Czech Republic. I have been to Everest, travelled on the Trans Mongolian Express, walked the Pyrenees and lived in a yurt for 18 months.

How did you become involved in Psychology?
I have always known that the human body is more than just the sum of its physical parts.
The ability to love can't just be due to a chemical reaction or an astrological planetary placement.
Why are some people affected by illness and others not?
Why do some families have the same disease all the time generation after generation?
And why does history repeat itself over and over again?
I've been studying disease and psychology for over 30 years and have seen that the reason we repeat our lives is that we're not even aware that we're doing that.

Our parents have taught us their belief systems that they were taught by their parents.

But how often do we stop and ask, "Why am I reacting like this?" Or "Why do I believe this?"

How many products do you use in your home that are the same as when you were growing up?
How many times have you said to yourself, "Oh, I won't be like that when I get older!" only to see one day shocked how much you look like them.
I've learned to see that physical pain is the body's way of telling you what you really want to do, but can't consciously admit it.
I have more than 30 years of experience in coaching people and companies I am SNRO accredited according to the PLATO standard.
I studied biology and psychology at the Open University and have trained in trauma therapy and relationship counseling, in addition, I have also had training in EMDR, dream interpretation somatically experienced massage therapy, and reflexology, as well as 10 years studying Human Design
The Lick The Plate name
A client booked a table for her 80th birthday. We had a policy of always asking about allergies. She informed us that she did not like pumpkin. As she sat for dinner with her 15 guests, we served her pumpkin in 3 ways. At once she was indignant and upset that we would dare to do such a thing. We replied that we wanted her to be honest. That if she did not like the dish, she and all 15 of her guests could dine for free. 15 minutes later we returned to find her licking the plate.....
